Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 246 of 2015 registered under Sections 365, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The informant, upon return, did not find his daughter. It is alleged that two days before, the accused persons had come to the house of the informant and not only abused taking name of his caste but also threatened to abduct his daughter. It is submitted by the petitioner that the matter has been resolved between the parties. It is also stated that the main accused of the case has been given benefit of juvenility.
