2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to be involved in kidnapping of the daughter of informant (victim).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. has not stated anything adverse against the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 24.11.2024.
