The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within two years of the marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general. The thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim, who is in custody.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45647 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that the accusation is omnibus and general against entire in-laws family and petitioner being a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ayar P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
