The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 480 of 2015 (GR No. 2985/2015) corresponding to S.T. No. 102 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 379, 411, 414, 401, 403, 413, 467, 468, 471, 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case police, after due investigation, submitted charge sheet against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2018.

Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above
