JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 / 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case one country made pistol along with live cartridge was recovered. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2020.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour
