The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 147, 149, 323, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that all the accused persons assaulted not only the informant, but other family members, causing grievous injuries.
Regard being had to the fact that no specific allegations have been made against the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25775 of 2016 (3) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Kajra P.S. Case no. 12 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
