The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gorea Kothi (G.B. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 142 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 279, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners that they have assaulted the informant by fists and slaps. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their
