Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in place of "Mohania P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015" in the prayer portion of the bail petition, it has wrongly been typed as "Bhabhua P.S. Case No 156 of 2015" and he seeks permission to make necessary corrections in the prayer portion of the bail petition and also prays for making necessary corrections in the order dated 31.7.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32986 of 2015.

Permission is accorded.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the prayer portion with regard to the name of Police Station and, accordingly, the order dated 31.7.2015 stands

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48614 of 2015 (2) dt.02-12-2015 P2/2 corrected as "Mohania P.S case No. 156 of 2015" in place of "Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015".

The period of surrender is extended for three weeks from today.
