JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-07-2019 Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court on 19.02.2019 in C.W.J.C. No. 2446 of 2019.

In the aforesaid case, the petitioner therein was directed to make a representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna, detailing his grievances and such representation was directed to be disposed of by a reasoned order within a specified time.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14028 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 If the aforesaid statement regarding the case of the petitioner being covered by the case referred to above is correct, then the petitioner also will have the opportunity of preferring a representation before the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna within a period of three weeks from today, who, on receipt of such representation shall dispose it of by a reasoned order within a further period of six weeks thereafter. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel order shall be passed/caused to be passed within the aforesaid period. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
