It is the petitioner's case that her land has been acquired in a land acquisition proceeding, registered as L.A. Case No. 24 of 2010-11 for Pirpati Thermal Power Project. It is her case that, though other co-sharers have been paid the amount of compensation on the basis of award prepared, but the petitioner's case has been referred to the competent authority under Section 64 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'the Act').

Since the matter is pending before the competent authority under Section 64 of the Act, I am not inclined to entertain this writ application. It is accordingly dismissed. It goes without saying that the competent authority shall make endeavour to expeditiously dispose of the matter, which is pending before him.
