The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, while the informant was returning with his grand son (daughter's son) on a motorcycle after withdrawing Rs.2 lacs from the bank, it is stated that accused persons on a motorcycle snatched the bag containing the amount and escaped.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51994 of 2021(3) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 petitioners that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. The name of the petitioners transpired in course of investigation on the basis of information provided by the spy. The prosecution in their case against the petitioners is relying on the confessional statement of the accused. The petitioners were taken into custody on 19.3.2021 however chargesheet has been submitted in the case without putting the petitioners on TI parade. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioners' possession.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the petitioners having remained in custody for 1 year, they not having been put on T.I. Parade and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs all the four petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case no. 150 of 2021 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-XVI, Bhojpur at Ara.
