The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 338/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 354C, 354D and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The victim girl alleged that she had gone to appear at the Intermediate examination while she was coming out from the college Srikant Sharma (petitioner) along with other six-seven persons tried to stop her and also catch her. They sent a letter in which they used very vulgar language. When her maternal uncle came to save her the petitioner and others also assaulted him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations are false and concocted, but it appears that victim girl
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29826 of 2016 (2) dt.09-09-2016 2/2 made very specific allegation that he petitioner was always eveteasing and while she was coming out of examination hall petitioner stopped her and tried to catch her. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
