Case No. 178 of 2014, registered under Sections 341, 323, 325 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. In view of Section 14(a)(2) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 on dismissal of the prayer of bail by the Special Judge, the appeal will lie before the High Court.
