Petitioner seeks bail in Naya Ram Nagar P. S. Case No.48 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364, 379/34 Indian Penal Code. Late on Sections 302, 201 and 401 of Indian Penal Code were also added.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2018. He is not named in the First Information Report. The police arrested him on suspicion and recorded his confessional statement.

It is further submitted that there is no recovery of truck from his possession. The truck has been recovered from the garage of one Sant Sharma on the confessional statement of co-

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P. S. Case No.48 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
