1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.
2. The petitioners have filed the present writ application for a direction to the University to restore the name of the petitioners College on the website of the University to enable the desiring students to apply and take admission in the petitioners College in Bachelor of Arts and its
Patna High Court CWJC No.13331 of 2019(3) dt.12-10-2023 2/3 Honours course for the sessions 2019-22.

Learned Counsel for the University submits that the grievance of the petitioners College has already been redressed and vide letter, dated 10.08.2019, the name of the petitioners College has been restored on the website of the University and the petitioners College was permitted to intake the students as per the 32 seats allotted to it.
4. At this juncture, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the seat allotted to the petitioners College needs reconsideration and the petitioners College is having proper infrastructure of more than 32 students.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission and the fact that the first grievance of the petitioners College has already been redressed, no order need be passed.
6. So far as extension of seat is concerned, liberty is given to the petitioners College to file a representation before the University within a period of one month from today and if such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the University shall dispose the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation in accordance with law.
