2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Session Trial No. 215 of 2021 arising out of Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 416 of 2020 registered for offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. In view of the report dated 13.12.2024 with respect to stage of trial, in which, it has been stated that out of nine witnesses, almost all the private witnesses have been examined and the doctor and other government witnesses are remained to

4. Learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.
