The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.07.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20133 of 2016, by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 156 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Jamui, to the effect that by mistake the name of the father of the petitioner has been typed as 'Bikku Hembram' in place of 'Bitku Hembram' in the main petition and the same has also been typed in the order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35454 of 2016 (2) dt.31-08-2016 2/2 On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, on the top in the order dated 19.07.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20133 of 2016, the name of father of the petitioner be read as 'Bitku Hembram' in place of 'Bikku Hembram'. The order dated 19.07.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20133 of 2016, is modified to the extent as indicated above. The present modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
