The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 102 of 2013 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the consistent statement of the witnesses whose statements have been recorded in paras 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 of the case diary that the victim died due to electric shock as he climbed over an electric pole through a steel ladder, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Daudnagar, Aaurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 102 of 2013.
