JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) Date: 18-04-2017 Heard counsel for the appellant and counsel for the State The Court does not find any infirmity with the order of the learned Single Judge taking in view the protracted litigation and the circumstances which culminated into issuance of 75% pension only to the husband of the appellant. The dismissal order was passed way back in the year 1986. There were many rounds of litigations and the last of the litigation was CWJC No.1535 of 2001, which came to be decided on 23.9.2008.

The Court is not willing to give any leeway to the

Patna High Court LPA No.1094 of 2014 dt.18-04-2017 2/2 appellant to reopen the whole issue as a de novo kind of exercise to shake off the past of the husband of the appellant. Enough indulgence has already been given in the previous rounds of litigation. There is no merit in the appeal. It is dismissed.
