JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 448/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The dispute is with respect to opening of gate between the petitioner's side and the informant's side who are neighbours. Allegation of assault is on the other co-accused persons. So far the petitioner is concerned, allegation is only to the extent that she threw acid due to which "Dupatta" of the daughter of informant was burnt.

It is contended that neither the said "Dupatta" has been produced nor is any burn injury upon the daughter of the informant. It is submitted that the petitioner is a lady and her antecedent is clean.

No.34416 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Salka Bano @ Salka @ Guria be released on bail in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 150 of 2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
