Learned counsel for the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 8.7.2015 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer -cum - licensing authority, Chakiya, East Champaran by which he has cancelled the PDS licence of the petitioner.
However, learned counsel for the State raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has approached this Court without availing the statutory remedy of appeal and revision. Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal assailing the order of the licensing authority. If such appeal is filed within 30 days
