JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 Heard Mr. Vinay Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the State. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the encroachment has been made by the private respondents on public land bearing khata no.3, khesra no. 2116 admeasuring 30 decimals which is earmarked for construction of the Panchayat Bhawan and even when the proceedings have been initiated by the Circle Officer, Sugauli in the district of East Champaran for
Patna High Court CWJC No.1413 of 2014 (2) dt.12-03-2015 removal thereof, it has not been taken to its logical conclusion. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking note of the grievance raised herein the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Sugauli, district- East Champaran, respondent no.6 herein to take the proceedings initiated vide notice dated 12.9.2013 as contained in Annexure-4 to the writ petition to its logical conclusion in accordance with law and after giving opportunity of hearing to the alleged encroachers named therein expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
