The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 307, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations made and that the petitioners are close family members and agnates and having history of land dispute, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32339 of 2016 (2) dt.28-10-2016 2/2 of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Saran in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
