The issue raised in this writ petition is no more res integra as the Apex Court has already decided the issue in the case of Jagdish Prasad Sharma Vs. The State of Bihar reported in 2013(8) SCC 633.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the entitlement of the petitioner considering the age of superannuation as 65 years in terms of the judgment of the Apex Court in Jagdish Prasad

Patna High Court CWJC No.14101 of 2010(3) dt.26-07-2018 2/2 Sharma(Supra) within a maximum period of four months. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
