Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Huge quantity of country made liquor was recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent.
Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court
