The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No. 149 of 2020 registered under Sections 323, 341/34, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) (a)/377(b)/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Chhotu Kumar and Manjeet Kumar. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
