2. This writ petition has been filed for payment of current salary including the arrears of salary of the petitioner from the date of her joining.

3. Respondent no.7 has filed counter affidavit. In paragraph 7 of the counter affidavit, it is stated as follows:- "After joining as Assistant Teacher, the petitioner filed representation before the District Education Officer, Kaimur for payment of her salary. The District Programme Officer, Establishment, Kaimur has considered the grievance of the petitioner and passed the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9308 of 2023(2) dt.28-11-2024 2/2 order vide memo No. 1652 (Est) dated 27.07.2023 in the light of order issued contained in Letter No. 739 dated 08.07.2022 by the Director, Primary Education, Bihar whereby the payment of salary has been sanctioned from date of joining i.e. 08.07.2022 and communicated to the Treasury Officer, Kaimur for needful action. Photocopy of vide memo No. 1652 (Est) dated 27.07.2023 is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-A to this counter affidavit."

4. In view of the statement made by respondent no.7 in the counter affidavit, it appears that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, as such, this writ petition is dismissed being infructuous.

5. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a representation before respondent no.7 in respect of payment of remaining admitted dues, if not paid till date. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shashi U
