The petitioner seeks bail in Mahila P. S. Case No 6 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376,386,506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(E) of the I.T. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that informant is married lady having two children. She has alleged that this petitioner was having physical relationship with her since 2012 but the case has been lodged in the year 2018. Prior to filing of this case no complaint was made any where. It has further been submitted that it has come in para 20 of the case diary that medical examination of the lady was not held. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that just to harass the

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge VIIth cum A.C.J.M. at Muzaffarpur in connection with Mahila P.
