No.1249/15)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48721 of 2015 (2) dt.25-04-2016 2/2 whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.

Leave is granted.
