The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 434 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further, he contended that in the instant case, the first information report is lodged after four days of the alleged occurrence.
