The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2020 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of N.I. Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is specific allegation against co-accused Kariman Sao and Neetu Devi.

No.53643 of 2021(2) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
