The petitioner seeks extension of time for surrendering in the court below as the time fixed in the order dated 11.3.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No.41167 of 2014 has since lapsed. It is submitted that due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender within the period fixed therein.
Having perused the modification application, I am satisfied that sufficient ground has been made out. The period of three weeks for surrender of the petitioner as fixed in the aforesaid order dated 11.3.2015 shall run from today.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44383 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 It is made clear that the petitioner must surrender within three weeks.
The modification application stands allowed to the above extent only.
