The present bail application has been filed in terms of the liberty granted to the petitioner vide order dated 16.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4764 of 2022 to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed on 06.05.2022 as would be evident from Annexure-3 to the bail application. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the
