It appears that vide order dated 26.08.2016, the prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected in connection with Barhara Kothi P.S. Case No.57 of 2009 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently, in the cause title of the aforesaid order, the name of petitioner No.2 Ramesh Mandal has wrongly been typed as "Rajesh Mandal".

In view of the above, in the cause title of the aforesaid order, let the name of petitioner no.2 be read as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34055 of 2016 (3) dt.07-09-2016 2/2 "Ramesh Mandal" in place of "Rajesh Mandal".
