Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 379 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code.

No.48213 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 2/2 From perusal of the First Information Report, Annexure-1 dated 01.07.2015 itself, it appears that the alleged occurrence has taken place on 10.04.2015, but the First Information Report has been registered after about three months. The delay in lodging the First Information Report having not been explained, let petitioners, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. Case No. 182/15, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
