2. In view of the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Mukesh & anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. (2017) 5 SCC 383, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8769 of 2010(3) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 the principles laid down by the Apex Court in that case and take final decision within a period of four months form the date of receipt/production of a coy of this order.
