JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 1.9.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 39346 of 2017 and petitioner is husband and case is of dowry death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 12.8.2016 and there is no specific allegation attributed against him.

Heard learned APP and perused the report from which it appears that charge has been framed in this case and the case is fixed for evidence.

In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
