14-10-2015 Heard Sri Janki Nandan Prasad, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Four petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 126 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 327, 307, 354B, 504, 506 & 448 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 to 3 are lady and in the F.I.R., there is no allegation against the petitioners, save & except that they were present at the time of occurrence. Similar is the situation in respect of petitioner no. 4,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46185 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 who is an old person. He further submits that during investigation, no grievous injury was found on the person of the informant side. In view of facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let all the aforesaid petitioners namely Sulekha Devi, Sunita Devi, Janki Devi and Brahmdeo Yadav be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bhagalpur/concerned court in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 126 of 2015, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U T
