Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 179 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 406, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is specific allegation against co-accused Sudha Devi and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54775 of 2021(2) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 Shayamanand Mishra. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 179 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
