Shri N.K. Agrawal, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, submits that the petitioner did not affix her photograph. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case but from perusal of the application form at page-54 of the records, it appears that the photograph resembles with the face of the petitioner who got appointment on the basis of mark sheets and other documents of Soni Kumari, daughter of Baijnath Prasad, resident of village Sarai, police station- Maner, District - Patna in primary school, Kurtha situated at Nidhwa Panchayat. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
