JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the accused persons took the informant in good faith and only on payment of Rs. 13,000/- got the sale deed with regard to the land of the informant executed on assurance that rest of Rs. 62,000/- would be paid later. It is further alleged that accused persons took away the original sale deed from the registry office and when the informant demanded her money then accused persons abused and refused to give rest consideration amount. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is simply a deed writer and the thrust of accusation is against the vendee.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28239 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 222 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
