The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 156 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Regard being had to the fact that the petitioner was earlier made accused in a case of similar nature, I am not inclined to exercise my discretion for grant of anticipatory bail to him.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
