ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bandeya P. S. Case No. 09 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 504 and 506/34 of the India Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the family members including the present petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30618 of 2016 (2) dt.28-07-2016 2/2 that there are no specific charges against them. Considering the aforementioned submissions that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Bandeya P.S. Case No. 09 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
