JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is per F.I.R that the informant after collecting money from local railway stations of Rs. 12,36,187/- was going to deposit in the Bank. In the meanwhile, three miscreants appeared and snatched away the money. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has not been named in the F.I.R., his name has surfaced only on the basis of confession of co-accused and except that there is nothing against him and further he has shown some orders, by which other accused persons have been granted the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53240 of 2018(3) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 privilege of bail by coordinate Benches of this Court. Petitioner has been in judicial custody since 05.01.2018 Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is accused in large number of cases.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, at this stage, I am not inclined enlarge the petitioner on bail.

This application is accordingly dismissed.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail in the court below itself once charge is framed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
