Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 23.01.2021 in connection with S.T. No.179 of 2021, arising out of Kadwa P.S. Case No. 26 of 2021, F.I.R. dated 21.01.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application and to file a fresh application before the learned court below as the impugned order has already been assailed in Cr. Misc. No. 37277 of 2021 and Cr. Misc. No.67998 of 2022 Permission is accorded.
