Perused the office note dated 30.04.2015.

It has been reported that in Order No. 5 dated 02.02.2011 and in order No. 3 dated 09.04.2009 the date of stamp report has been wrongly mentioned as 20.12.2009 in place of 20.12.2008.

Accordingly, in both the orders in place of stamp report dated 20.12.2009, 20.12.2008 be read and accordingly the same are corrected.

By terms of order dated 09.04.2009 four weeks time was granted to remove the defects as pointed out by the stamp reporter but the same has not been removed. Thereafter, by order dated 02.02.2011 one month time was allowed to the appellants to remove the defects. Again by order dated 08.05.2014 one week

Patna High Court FA No.164 of 2008 (7) dt.01-05-2015 2/2 further time was granted to the appellants to carry out the aforesaid order failing which the appeal shall stands rejected without further reference to a Bench, but still the said order has not been complied with and as such this appeal stands rejected as per order dated 08.05.2014.
