JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 The present is an application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to the petitioner in respect of Moffasil (Singhoul) P.S. Case No.222 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegations in the ferdbeyan are that three boys between the age of 20 to 30 years have taken motorcycle, purse, mobile, ATM Card under the threat of pistol. Such fact as to whether the petitioner was one of the three boys requires investigation.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30695 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 I do not find that it is a case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed.
