Petitioner is accused in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.89 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as per the statement made in paragraph no.3. Petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2017.
