1. The present modification petition is being filed as to extend the time to surrender of the petitioner.

2. It is pointed out by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that out of age related complexity, petitioner could not file bail bond within time framed, as granted by this Court while allowing the bail of petitioner through Cr. Misc. No. 70130 of 2023 dated 27.02.2024.

3. Considering the reasons and also the submissions raised by learned counsel for the petitioner, petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50643 of 2024( 2) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 three weeks from now i.e. by 02.08.2024 on furnishing bail bond, in terms of order dated 27.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70130 of 2023.

4. This order shall be treated as a part of order dated 27.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70130 of 2023.

5. Accordingly, Present modification petition stands disposed of.
