JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 13689 of 2017, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 03.08.2017 passed by this Court.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that requisites etc. for issuance of notice to opposite party nos. 2 and 3 could not be filed in time as his clerk had fallen ill. He has submitted that immediately after expiry of the peremptory order, the order dated 03.08.2017 has already been complied with.
